Spring Newsletter

Welcome to our First edition of the MaKe Financial Decisions newsletter.

In June 2013, you would have received letters from both Steve Kelly and myself in relation to a transfer of a small number of clients from Comprehensive Financial Services to MaKe Financial Decisions. As a part of our service to you our aim is to keep you informed and up to date with topical financial issues that we face regularly in our current society. We hope you enjoy the variety of articles in this first edition.

MLC Investment Strategist Michael Karagianis gives an outlook for Australia’s current housing market and a reasoning as to why Australian house prices are the way they are.

As insurance is always a key topic of discussion in making sure we have enough cover in any event, we look at how you can make insurance more affordable for you.

With every newsletter, we will provide a recent Research Market update – giving you a brief economic and market update on events happening around the world.

For a further general read – we have included in this edition an article on not-so-healthy health habits. This looks at research that has revealed supposedly good habits that may end up doing you more harm than good and some suggestions to help you boost your wellbeing.

To finish off, we thought you might enjoy our useless fact section, even if only for your trivia knowledge.

If you would like to talk about these issues or any other topic, please give us a call. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy reading this newsletter.

Warm regards,

Mary Kelly
